What is Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki®?

Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki being introduced by the ICRT (International Center for Reiki Training). It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. It is included as part of our regular Usui Reiki classes and has also been added to Karuna Reiki® training.

• Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Some of the qualities students have experienced include:
• Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.
• Always respects free will.
• Heals deeply and quickly without distress.
• Heals relationships and interactions with others.
• Releases worry and replace it with a sense of safety in the most pronounced way.
• Spontaneously provides guidance that is palatable for every level of life experience.
• Tends to develop all the personality traits that are healthy for a person to have, such as love of self and others, kindness, patience, confidence, vitality, enthusiasm, optimism, trust, joy, peace, and so forth.
• One of the more wonderful effects is the feeling of being loved. This is a deep and refined feeling that is very nurturing.
• Once received, it continues to develop itself to be more evolved and effective.
• These qualities are present in Holy Fire® III Usui I&II classes and become more pronounced in the Master and Karuna Reiki® classes.

What is Karuna Reiki®? Karuna Reiki®, also known as Reiki of Compassion, is a system of healing that has evolved out of the Usui Reiki System. Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is also used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." William Lee Rand experimented with and taught Karuna Reiki® for over 12 years and found it effective and powerful. Most students find it significantly more powerful than Usui Reiki. It does not replace Usui Reiki; it simply compliments it! The energy has a more definite feeling to it and heals more quickly and on a deeper level. It works on the emotional and spiritual levels and can help one become more grounded. Those who receive the ignitions report experiences with their guides, angels, and higher self and feel the healing presence of other enlightened beings as their vibration increases.

About the Karuna Reiki® class:

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

Pre-requisite: a student must have taken Reiki I & II and practiced Reiki II for at least six months. You will need to send me a copy of your certificates. Also, a student must be able to draw the three symbols from Reiki II from memory.

The Master training combines the complete Usui/Holy Fire® III Master training into one 3-day class. Even if you don’t feel called to teach, studying at this level is an incredible investment in yourself.

This class makes use of World Peace Reiki energy which has all the qualities of the Holy Fire® III energy and includes a higher vibration that actively creates feelings of peace within each student. In the process of learning the healing techniques, Experiences, Placements and Ignitions (Note that Placements and Ignitions provide the same benefit as attunements.) and taking part in the guided meditations (Experiences), each student will receive many healing experiences.

This class includes:

• The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing.

The Karuna Reiki® Master training combines the complete Usui/Holy Fire® III Master training into an immersive 3-day class. This course is the next step after becoming a Reiki Master and serves as both a practitioner and a master-level class. By taking this class, you will gain the ability to use the Karuna Reiki® symbols during Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®. Additionally, you will be qualified to teach Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master classes. Karuna Reiki® is a comprehensive system that includes eight practitioner symbols, one master symbol, four ignitions (including the transformative World Peace Ignition), and two guided meditations directly channeled by the Holy Fire® consciousness. Animal Reiki I & II are taught together during a two-day class and includes two Animal Reiki Placements (attunements). For those who want to share Reiki with animals, this beginning training is comprehensive. Upon completion, you can offer Animal Reiki treatments to all species of animals.

Prerequisite: This class is open to all Reiki lineages, but you must have completed level 2 Reiki to register. I will need to see proof of certificate. This course focuses specifically on treating animals with Reiki; therefore, one must already be attuned to Reiki and know the history and Reiki basics so we can focus on treating animals in this course.

Animal Reiki energy is unique and distinct from human Reiki energy, focusing on the intuitive and empathetic connection with animals. This class will unify Animal Reiki energy with a student's existing Reiki energy and symbols, creating a harmonious flow that strengthens their ability to connect with and support animals on a deeper level.

During the Animal Reiki I & II Class you will:

This Master class provides the Animal Reiki symbol and energy and the tools and techniques needed to practice, share Reiki with animals, and teach ICRT Animal Reiki with skill and expertise. Upon completion, you can teach both in-person and online ICRT Animal Reiki I & II and Master classes. The Animal Reiki energy is a specific reiki energy for animals. The Animal Reiki energy received in this course is a unique Reiki energy given to us as a special life force energy for the animals. Animal Reiki energy empowers both animal and human vitality and life force and restores the blessings between the animals and the people. Animal Reiki energy and this Master class are as deeply healing for humans as for the animals. It unifies the human and animal consciousness in the Reiki practitioner.
