Most sessions last around 2 hours.

After the regression itself, the session transitions into Spirit Guide Resolution, where you may receive guidance, healing, insight, clarity, or answers to questions that have been weighing on your heart.

After your session, you will receive a recording so you can revisit your experience and reflect on any messages, insights, or guidance that came through during your journey.
