 These are just some suggestions to try and make your Regression session the best it can be.

• Practice meditation and relaxation techniques prior to your session to assist in your ability to deeply relax and let go.
• Remain open minded and release concerns, doubts and fears you may have regarding the session. There is nothing to fear and what you can gain from the session can greatly improve the quality of your life.
• Avoid caffeine on the day of your session.
• After it is good to go home and reflect. Quiet time is recommended if possible.

Once your session is booked, I will email a pre-talk sheet to help answer common questions and provide important information about the process. This sheet will help you feel more prepared and confident before your session. Regression sessions typically last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, though the exact time can vary depending on individual needs. Some sessions may be shorter or longer to ensure we address everything thoroughly. My goal is to provide a safe, relaxed space for your journey. 

I will do everything to the best of my ability to ensure you have a positive and supportive experience during your session. However, I cannot guarantee a specific outcome, as your soul and subconscious play a significant role in the process. There may be times when it is not the right time for deeper shifts to occur. Regardless of the outcome, you are responsible for honoring my time, skills, and efforts as we work together.
