Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. During your session, I use light touch or work just above the body while you rest comfortably. You do not have to “do” anything except relax.
I combine traditional Reiki with Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki® to create sessions that are personalized to you and what you need that day. Every experience is a little different, and many clients describe sessions as deeply peaceful, grounding, comforting, restorative, and spiritually reconnecting.

The Holy Fire® Healing Experience is a gentle yet powerful session designed to help you relax, release, reconnect, and begin shifting what no longer feels aligned within you.
At the beginning of the session, I guide you into a quiet meditative state and ask you to gently bring awareness to an issue, experience, emotion, or pattern you would like to heal or release. Together, we explore how your body is holding it. You may notice where it sits physically in the body, or become aware of a shape, color, texture, feeling, sound, or sensation connected to it.
Once we identify what is coming forward, I guide you through the Holy Fire® Healing Experience while the energy and light focus directly on that area with the intention of healing, release, transformation, and renewal.
Many clients report that what they were holding shifts during the session. Some say it feels lighter, smaller, softer, moved, transformed, or completely gone. Others describe feeling emotionally clearer, deeply peaceful, grounded, and spiritually reconnected afterward.
This healing experience is also available through distance sessions, allowing you to receive the same loving energy from the comfort of your own home. Simply select the Distance Session option when scheduling your appointment.

These sessions are perfect for couples, friends, family members, mothers and daughters, or anyone wanting to share the experience together. It is also a wonderful option for someone who is new to Reiki and may feel more comfortable experiencing it alongside someone they know and trust.
During the session, both of you relax comfortably while receiving Reiki at the same time in a calm and supportive space. Many people leave feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, grounded, emotionally reconnected, and more connected to each other as well.
Shared Reiki sessions can be a beautiful way to slow down together, support one another, and simply take time to breathe and receive.
