Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Using light touch or hand placements just above the body, Reiki helps ease stress, improve sleep, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.

In my practice, I combine traditional Reiki with advanced styles known as Holy Fire® and Karuna Reiki®. These approaches provide an even deeper healing experience, helping many people feel greater peace, clarity, and renewal. Reiki works safely alongside medical and therapeutic care, offering additional support for recovery and overall well-being.

  A focused session of traditional Reiki, designed to encourage relaxation, ease stress, and restore balance.
   
• 60-Minute Reiki Session
  An extended session that includes Reiki along with additional techniques, offering a deeper and more customized healing experience.
   
• 60-Minute Distance Reiki Session
  Receive the same benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home. Distance sessions are offered in the 60-minute format — please use the Distance Reiki option when booking.

The Holy Fire® Healing Experience is a gentle yet powerful session designed to create a more receptive state for healing. When given before a Reiki session, it can make the session even more effective by opening your energy and releasing blocks.

This deeply personalized process begins with guided meditation to help you focus on a specific intention or goal. You’ll give the issue a color, size, and form, which helps bring it into awareness. With the support of Holy Fire® Reiki energy, the process then works to gently clear negative energy, release emotional wounds, and remove energetic blocks. Each experience is unique and supports you in moving forward with greater clarity, empowerment, and peace.

Share the gift of Reiki with a loved one, whether a partner, friend, or family member. In this session, you’ll relax side by side while receiving Reiki’s gentle, restorative energy together.

It’s also a wonderful option if you’re new to Reiki and want to experience it for the first time with someone by your side. This shared session helps release stress, deepen your connection, and bring a sense of peace and renewal to you both.

In this session, you’ll relax comfortably within a grid of 36 carefully selected crystals such as hematite, fluorite, clear quartz, and more. As you rest within the grid, Reiki energy is gently channeled from outside the formation, creating a field of supportive and restorative energy. The combination of crystal vibrations and Reiki helps release tension, balance your energy centers, and promote deep relaxation.
